+1 run block would this help my FB even tho it isnt on his SA tree?

is it better than say +1 strength ? and yes my fb is a pure blocker

I would say no to the "SA"
since +1 to ability a equip is 1
the run block is a special equipment SA a % of the atribute a small %
only if the atributes are already there about 60+
then standard equip "block" would be easier cheeper?

if special equip is cheep might use it to carry tokens might even try it
if the chance of getting a whole number added when used I am unsure of that.
