10 SP waiting to spend on speed to make it 2nd cap

it just got 17.4 YDs /play and 0 TD
some of my teammate with lower than 20 catch but about 70SPD got TD already
so i would like to ask if my build is wrong??

P.S. i am going to be a possecive WR

Uhm you still need to soft cap speed ASAP. Don't even worry about waiting for the 2nd cap. Unless you just want to be useless this season

No, catching is still important. If he's building a possession receiver, he's on the right track. Softcap speed for sure, but there's nothing wrong with what he's doing.

What i would do (for a possession receiver):
1) Softcap speed. The ultimate goal should be to get it to 60 (and maybe add 10-15 pts from equipment) by level 35 or so.
2) Get agility to the second soft cap, or even the 3rd soft cap.
3) Get catching to the second soft as well, or even the 3rd soft cap.
4) Get jumping to the first soft cap.

You're doing fine. Don't let those 100+ speed guys mess with you. There is more than one way to build a WR.

Forgot to add, with speed that low, you'll need to invest heavily in Route Running SA. It will give you enough bonuses to speed and agility while you're running your routes that you'll look like you're running as fast as the 100+ speed guys (who will struggle turning and running the hook routes).
