Yeah, I saw a pick 6 happen this way earlier today.. The CB and SS blitzed out of a Cover 1 look.. The CB picked the ball off between the QB and RB and took it to the house.. But it was extremely risky.. If he doesn't pick it or knock it down, it probably goes the other way for 6..

Run a cover 0 with a CB2 blitz imo. The FS will be right there on the WR if he goes on a route, and the CB2 will break up the screen a lot of the time....
