Invest in both, just much more heavily in SV than in SH.

they both are useful. i'd probably wait until mid-late 20s to bother with either, though.

SV will put you in position to get an INT
SH will help you catch the ball once you are in position

I'd get SV up to atleast 7 before investing in SH

To get to 7 in SUPER VISION, one needs at least 4 in STICKY HANDS.
