Softcap agility, then I'd get speed up to the second cap. Then focus on jumping (or agility to the second cap). That should get you started.

3. Jumping/Agility whichever I prefer
So I should leave my catching where it is for a while ?

Yes, catching is good for a while (you won't have to go much farther with catching than the first cap, so you are close already).
