go for it.

I would not take advanced equipment unless it had AT THE LEAST a +1 to speed or agility along with it. Reason being is thats as good as having 8 more bonus-tokens because of the attribute leveling. I dont believe in wearing advanced equipment unless the +attribute ALONE is equal to or better than your normal equipment, and have the +SA or +% ontop of it.

Otherwise a lvl 40 CB with adv. equip of (+3speed +1confidence +5% Deflect) may not be worth the same as the +6speed equip.

I dont like taking chances so I dont. If your gonna upgrade the equip, then just dont use it till its atleast equal to the normal stuff.

yea my visor right now is +6 speed, but if buy the AEQ and build it would it be worth it? or should i just keep re-rolling til i find something better?

it depends on your team. if the owner is willing to give you the cash fund to buy it, buy it. it only costs you cash. even if you upgrade it, you can sell it and get all of the bonus tokens back. you can use it to stash bonus tokens since you can only carry over liek 10 to next season. upgrade that item and look later. if you find something better you can always sell your old one and upgrade the new one with those tokens.
