What the best way to defend the wild cat I been seeing people run

The are many possible wildcat plays. Most of them (if not all) are well defended with standard tricks.

Doesn't really work at high levels. Why don't you just shift your LBs weak against the Singleback, and blitz 9 guys? Unless they throw from the Singleback.

Because they can run the other direction.
You might as well be using Goalline.

play a 3-4 cover 1, zone undernieth. Wild cat CAN be used for inside runs as well. if you dont believe they will run inside blitz both OLB. Becareful though, if they are tricky they could have a "change up" where the HB passes, AKA LT, and you get roasted if you are hyper aggressive.
