ok so i am a little confused. i want my fb to be fast and be a great blocker. mostly an alound guy. so what should i do.

move equipment onto strength. train blocking/ strength to 25 then spend your sp on strength.

Your speed will NOT go up when you level, your strength, agility, blocking and carrying will. Get those to 48 ASAP so that you can maximise the automatic skill increases when you level. You can take str to the 2nd or 3rd cap if you want, but putting skill points into speed before your primary attributes are 1st sof capped is counterproductive. FBs NEED Strength and agility, they dont NEED a lot of speed to be good rushing or blocking FBs.
