My level 6 OT needs a team. Starting would be swell, but not too important to me at this point. He has improved a lot, but I'm willing to work with you to tailor his stats to fit what you need. I'm really just concerned with getting him on a team right now, so money isn't going to be a huge factor for me. I'll boost when and if needed.
