My TE just doesn't seem to want to catch the ball. Also he is very slow to react after getting the ball, what should i do?

I would softcap blocking but then again I'm all about all around players. Also raise Agility to the next cap as well.

mine is a balanced TE, but the OP is a receiving TE.

if your team recognizes this, then leave blocking alone.

I didn't see it, but I was told Bort said there is a correlation between the QB looking your way and how high catching is, so even though your not getting any drops, if your not getting any passes this may be an answer. also, have you asked your GM's if they have some set TE plays? are you even getting any looks?

otherwise I have seen good TE's at higher lvls with pretty fairly matched str/agi/spd and they are not getting huge #'s of passes, but good YAC #'s. which helps your team.

hope that helps.

Well I went back over the tapes and notice most of the time he is getting double teamed.

Yes I know that could be half the problem there.

I get get about 3 looks a game. Which isn't bad and hi blocking is pretty good. I am planing on bring his blocking to 48 atleast. Get his speed to second cap, and agility to second cap. Bring his strength to 65. What should I get carry, confidence and jumping too?

i'm working on training confidence and jumping to 48 each. Its going to take a good while but that's where I'm headed with mine.

Catching should have been soft capped at around the mid 20s. It looks like you havent raised it since then. The defense gets better..you need to continue getting better at catching too. Also you need confidence...badly.

QB chooses who he throws to partially on who is most likely to catch it. Your catching is just so so for a level 38 and confidence isnt good at all for your level.

Ideally, confidence should be at what number by level 35?

Ideally, 100. But as we don't live in an ideal world (and neither the virtual world of GLB is), I would say the absolute minima are 20 for lvl 25 and 30 for lvl 35. I would tend to have it soft-capped by 35, though. Confidence is underrated. Look at how players with high confidence fare compared to players with lower confidence but otherwise similar stats. It's a huge difference.
