I'd say no. Glare is one of those things that will never show up in the box score or on a replay so it's hard to gage how effective it is. Did the QB make a bad play because you glared at him? Or is his build just really not all that good to begin with? Maybe he just had a bad roll regaurless of if you glared at him or not. I'd keep searching for one that impacted your players performance, rather then another players performance.
