Get to the 48 cap first then if you are going for the 60 cap next, you dont need to save the points since your not training

I have a QB w/ 15 strength/throwing and I'm gonna intense train both until I get bored w/ all my SPs. Should last a whole week..

If you know you're going to get an attribute to 61 or 68 right away, then yes save sp's and train it more than normal. It helps in the long run.

Yes intense train, store 8 tokens as you get it,in crappy equipment. fill the training bar to 95-99 percent before you dump all your sp's into it.

Somebody ran a build simulation and found see-sawing between attributes gets the best long-term value. So go 48, 48, 60, 60, 68, 68.

As far as when to make each cap, I do it as early as possible - but not until one level before the decimal crosses over the 0.07 mark, otherwise you can get extra training.

As previously stated, you can just spend at will between 49 and 60, etc., and it also helps you gauge when you get close what your situation will be.

If I'm 1 SP away from making a cap in the 2:1 or 3:1 area, but the next time I level up the natural gains will take me over it, I'll use 4 bonus tokens for the SP. Then the value is really worth it.

Additionally, use the "train to 95%, leave it, then fill it after you cap it" trick at your FINAL CAP. It is justifiable to fill it at 49, then re-fill it (fill + 6 more trains = 105%, so actually make sure your first time you leave it around 90% instead of 95%+ in this case). 6 trains is a lot to sacrifice on something at 48, so I only do it for really important attributes.

I've seen them math on this done a few times, which makes me happy that's how my guys did it (instead of 68ing things first), but I've only seen it done on two attributes at a time. Does the math still apply for a position where you have 3 big attributes, like CB (speed agility vision)?

Saw that too. No idea about 3 attributes.

Just goes to show how each person has their own personal beliefs about building. This thread is full of different beliefs.

I'm trying something somewhat similar for one of my new players. I want to train a stat up to the low-mid 20s before capping as you can level a stat quickly when you're down in that range. Saves some SPs that could be used on the skill post 48capping
