I'm assuming it doesn't get much better than Automatic SA or Big Boot SA...

My last three rolls (punter):

+2 jumping
+1 speed
Make tackle chance +3%
+1 agility
Make tackle chance +5%
+2 speed, +1 wrap up tackle
+1 agility
+2 confidence, +1 quick cut
+1 automatic

I'm about to just dump all stored bonus tokens into skill points and stop trying.

I had pretty good luck with my punter. It took me very few rolls to get a +1 conf +1 big boot, and then after I upgraded that it only took a few to get a +1 big boot

+3 vision, +1 Big Boot

+3 vision, +1 auto

never had anything at all useful. had all the special abilites on their own and sometimes with some useless. anyway. ive given up.

both my P and K got Big Boot pieces fairly quickly. it's really not such a big deal if you don't get them with +attributes attached to them, since it seems like level 45 and level 25 kickers are going to perform the same under the current kicking changes lol.
