I've got a level 22 DE who hasn't invested a dime into SA's. I'm getting to that point where investing in SA's makes good sense.

Problem is, I haven't built a DE since strength DE's were nerfed back in the day and I was forced to retire Mikail Sinclair. Hagios also has adv. EQ that includes 8% break block chance, so I'm thinking "Shed Block" is the way to go to build upon that. Also "Change Direction" to take advantage of his agility.

What do you experts think?

Any of the first 4 in the bottom tree are good. First step combined with good vision (like you have) will help you get that jump off the line. Change direction/Shed Block coupled with your high agility will help you break that block and get around the OT faster, and Tunnel Vision helps out both. You really can't go wrong with any of them. For a mostly agility guy like yours I'd go for shed block.
