How about Randy use is power of conversation with Bort to realign EE PRO? Make two divisions, one that likes Randy and one that doesn't. Just shuffle the teams around into Zeta and Alpha accordingly. Randy can have Zeta because he has for 7 seasons now hated Alpha,

Or how about he uses his powers with bort to have him create a special Randy League where he can invite all the teams that like him. Not sure how a 3 team league would work out but at least we wouldnt have to bother with him anymore.
