I'm thinking Speed and Vision should be next priorities?

Speed would depend on how fast your HB is; if you can block well for him, then only get it to 48 and leave it for a while. Otherwise go further. Or if you can, switch some equipment from Strength to Speed. You have great strength, so taking two pieces (8 pts) and moving them to Speed won't hurt your blocking ability much at all, and will help you overall. Ofcourse, that is if it seems you need the speed, you might not.

Vision is still low enough to train with decent gains, so I'd train Vision/Confidence for a while. In the mean time you could either save up the points to cap Vision when you get to, say, 28 through training. Or you could continue with the blocking SAs for a bit as you have already capped the skills you gain points from when levelling (Agility, Blocking, Strength (And Carrying)). Lead Block seems to have a bigger effect than what the SA states, and Spot Blitz is useful too.

Yet another option is to get Blocking to 60. Some say it's overkill for a FB, but as linebackers get more agile and put more points into shed block, it might soon be needed.

So yeah, I guess I wasn't very concrete in what I think you should do there, just outlined some options. What I would do though is this;

1) Speed to 48 - Train Vision/Confidence
2a) If need for more speed; switch equipment. If need for a LOT more speed, then increase it a few points. Otherwise:
2b) Lead Block to 4 natural (5 pts). Maybe a few points of Spot Blitz
3) Once Vision is up to an adequate level (Decide for yourself what that is) - softcap it. Switch training to Confidence/Stamina
4) Assess speed, as your HBs might have increased theirs in the time it took you to get here. If needed, work on it. Otherwise focus on Blocking/SAs (Unless you're rushing a lot, in which case you want to soft cap Carrying).

Thanks, Lathund, for the very thorough comments. I'll take them in to consideration.
