Say I want to call a medium WR singleback pass. And I have a medium TE singleback pass in my playbook also.

If I put singleback-medium-favorite target=WR will it always call the WR pass or is there a chance of the TE pass.

Use the primary target = WR in the OAI.

The QB perosnal tactics (where favorite target is set) as no effect of play calling

Inputting what you described:
Formation: Singleback
Play Distance: Medium
Primary Receiver: WR

It will run your WR medium pass play always instead of the TE singleback play, because you indicated the WR is the primary target. If your QB doesn't have a favorite target it will still have a chance to throw it to the TE though. If your QB has good vision and has time to go through his progression, and sees the TE open he will throw it to him.

It runs the play from the WR plays if you select WR as primary and the TE plays if you select TE as primary in the AI output.
