I will build him to play whichever spot you want provided he starts, and he will be an excellent LB. I have no interest in slow building or any of that crap...I want to play this game with a lower level player again. I'm busy with my own team, but I always participate in the forums of teams my players are on and I guess that means I'm willing to help out on a very limited basis. I like to watch whole games and comment on them.
