+5% Catching

Does the Catching % go up as you upgrade the equipment ?

Worthwhile piece or keep rolling for something with a SA in it ?

The % does increase with each upgrade.
It is not a bad piece.
I might buy it until I found something better.

I'd personally take 5% catching over an SA, but I'd prefer the equipment to have speed on it.

It all depends on which level WR you are talking about and how many upgrades you can put on it.
