New HB, Glenn Donnington, was created a few days ago and triple boosted to start his career at lvl 4 w/ VIS soft-capped at 48.

Immediate soft-capping concerns will be STR, SPD, and AGI (in no specific order). Further emphasis will be put on CAR/CAT.
This non-cookie-cutter build will be geared toward a fast power back w/ receiving (maybe some throwing at higher levels) skills.
Please be aware that It's not a "Lightning" or "Thunder" build.
I'm not looking for a hefty contract nor do I need to have Donnington play for a contender.
My primary concerns are an active/fun environment and enough game xp to justify leaving the D-League squad on which he's the designated starter.
