I have a level 24 qb who is having a hard time finding a team. Is there anything wrong with this QB?

Not bad for his level. There are just a LOT of QBs out there. You'll probably need to accept a backup role.

Yes I do and have custom equipment

the best way to find a team for a QB is own a team. There is just so many that it's like find a needle in a stack of needles. I'm in a minority where I run a two QB system, but a lot of people are stat freaks so they only play 1 QB, so there are a whole lot less jobs to go around.

It's a perfectly good build, but one issue you have is that he's too high level for a 21 cap team and too low level for a 34 cap team. It's weird, but if this guy was a 21 you'd have offers all over the place - the uncapped teams though just look for the best QB they can and there's too many level 35+ qbs out there with good builds that can fill those roles, and he's 10 levels below the max for a 34 cap team so they won't be interested either - too many low 30s qbs with good builds as well. It's part of why level caps are a pretty stupid system, unfortunately.
