By level 24, if team can afford eq upgrades, strength will be 82+ with speed 58+. Custom eq, some good advanced eq (minimizing equipment cost somewhat), active owner, always boosts, solid stats despite not being able to maximize eq upgrades due to team financial problems last year.

Bumpity bump.
I'm looking around and dont see any comparable level guys with a build this solid so far.

Wow. There are some really terrible builds out there. Don't get hosed.
