He lack the confidence of the real Usain Bolt

True, but that's still the best roll.

How long did it take you to get that. I felt pretty happy with 8's and 3 9's

Just a few minutes. I've never re-rolled any player for longer than 10 minutes, I don't have the patience for re-rolling for ages.

Don't think i'd like the 8 in strength. You'll never break a tackle. Ever.

I'm not that impressed though. Typical WR. Fast as hell, can't turn or accelerate. Can't run any route besides the skinny post or streak. Now if Agility were 70 (and speed somewhere in between 78-82)....then we'd be talking.

52 agility is plenty for accelerating, and he's probably going to invest in QC later.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=918811 I was fine with the 9 in strength though, considering I'll never even waste time training it.
All my players have builds that look like that though, it's not very difficult. One that is hard is getting a DE with 8s in other skills and 10s in strength and tackling (20spd,19agi or variant)

I don't feel like citing the instances where my 8 strength WR has broken tackles against human players; all I will say is that speed/agility have their own way of breaking tackles differently from how strength breaks them. It happens a lot less often, but it happens. I can't prove that it's not low defender morale/stamina or anything, but those are also factors that nobody mentions in discussions about power backs.

Yeah that seems to be a big factor. But for WR's to break tackles it requires your team to already be up by a lot for such a morale hit to take place.

He's broken 19......

You don't even have a WR so I shall politely ignore your build comments.
