Well I could ask my team to start coming back out and posting on the forums, the league cried so much about my team being "bullies" back in S1 and S2 that I asked them please not to come back out on the forums and trash talking, because people were getting upset that we were trash talking AND stomping everyone.

Since then I have just tried to add my own submissions in a positive way and kept my team out of it, if you want them back, I open the floodgates

But then its not my fault if they get real obnoxious because they know that they play on a good team and that most teams cant do a lot about it.
