I was thinking about taking agility to the 2nd cap (61) while training speed and vision. Also, with my level 32 equipment upgrades, should I put the 4 points into strength or blocking?

Is this a Right or Left Guard?

I like the idea with getting your agility raised. What you should train depends upon if you are an RG or an LG and your teams style of play.

He's currently a backup at LG but I'd like him to have the versatility to play at both LG and RG. He also plays in a balanced offense.

Overall, your plan sounds solid. In training, make sure you don't forget confidence, other than that you should be fine.

Since your team runs a balanced offense you can really put the equipment points wherever you want. Strength should help the running game, while blocking should help the passing attack. I'd go with strength, but you could go with whatever you think is best with the equipment.

I assumed 35 in confidence would be enough. You think I should get it higher?

Right now 35 is fine, but you will eventually want to get it softcapped in my opinion. I'd put a higher priority on speed so you can play right or left guard, and then train vision and confidence concurrently.
