Prefer a 1-yr deal to get to know the team, but multiple years are negotiable. Want to be part of something long-term eventually, with a fair and respectful owner.
Only moving to FA because they brought in a lvl 22 SS and we are now crowded at that position, so I am going from starter to sharing back-up duties.
