Personally I would get your QB's vision to the next cap and then work on confidence. Vision for increasing the chance of a correct read and confidence to deal with the morale attacks of LB SA's and the bad events (like incompletions) that happen within the game.

i think your vision is fine. a pt or two into stamina maybe, dump some in confidence and work in some SAs to get field general to 3 with custom equipment. just some thoughts, do as you wish tho, it is YOUR player after all. also get throwin to 61 natural if it isnt already. then once you get close to 30 make sure youre bumpin throwin to 68 natural.

Throwing: 70.93
Jumping: 17.45
Catching: 14.45
Stamina: 30.9
Carrying: 18.45
Vision: 50.42
Kicking: 9
Confidence: 41.11
Punting: 8

PP Tree: 4,3,5,4,5

Thoughts?? He will be the sole QB for the first time this season, so I am thinking some more Stamina is needed. But I'm not sure how much, or where to put the rest afterward. Confidence? Strength? Agility?

You need at least 35-40 Stamina if you are going solo. 38 is a nice round number.

Softcap your strength and confidence and you have yourself on the path to a nice little build there. I'd do your strength BEFORE your confidence though. Then work on getting your Vision to about 58-60 after you get strength to the cap and confidence to around 45.

Your QB is phenomenal for his level as long as he doesn't play a good defense that gets pressure and hounds him all game. I'd get your confidence to at least 40, and then I'd work on some stamina, those passes start losing velocity/accuracy when you are huffing and puffing McNabb sytle.

Cap Strength and put the rest in Stamina. I like this plan. Just wanted to get another set of eyes on it.
