I have a power based ROT
I'm working on agility now
Do you think, Quick Cut SA on advanced EQ is a good thing for him ?

Not unless his speed is high enough to benefit from it. Could be great for a ROT with double capped speed and average agility... haven't seen any of those yet.

Quick cut is an agility based SA I thought. I imagine it is most useful in pass blocking, or making a quick adjustment to pick up another blocker. If your team passes enough I guess it'd be fine with some +#s on it.

Seriously? Quick Cut helps players change direction. No where does it mention needing to have excessive speed, especially when you're not going farther than a yard.
If you want to be a good pass blocker, you just need agility, blocking and vision.

useless imo. QC helps guys moving fast stay moving fast while they change directions. your OT would never be moving fast enough for it to matter.

I actually have it on my RT as well but I'm not wearing it and intend to look somewhat for a better piece to replace it.

As mentioned, it keeps speed from decreasing when changing directions, which is not something OTs do very often, nor do they build up a lot of speed that they don't want to lose.
