I'm looking for some help at OT, but the pickings are slim. Some centers and guards have builds that I'm looking for, but I know that there will be a positional penalty. Based on what we know about the game mechanics (which isn't much), is this an adviseable move, or should I try to sign a lesser OT who might be able to modify his build to more suit the team's needs?

Its fine. The OOP is minimal, a well built player can move to another spot on the o-line and be effective.
