I understand it is a 3-1-7 with a CB5 blitz, but the LBer that is covering the WR. Is he considered strong side or weak side?

Truthfully, I have never seen the MLB line-up over a WR like that. I guess that's due to Man-To-Man and the CB5 blitzing.
