I am looking for advice on what to do next with my lvl 39 Receiving TE. I have 5 SP's to spend currently and just want to know where I should be taking his build in the future.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=166178

Attributes (Raw):
Strength: 50.58 Blocking: 31.89
Speed: 63.55 Tackling: 15.38
Agility: 49.69 Throwing: 7
Jumping: 36.46 Catching: 50.85
Stamina: 36.06 Carrying: 29.35
Vision: 50.89 Kicking: 9
Confidence: 32.43 Punting: 7

(Without CE)
Blocking SA's:
1-1-2-1-0
Receiving SA's:
3-3-4-2-2

Equipment:
Speed +19, Catching +6, CE +1 to SA's on the Receiving Tree

Any advice is appreciated!

*Also, can anybody tell me if passing to the TE has been screwed up this season? It seems like my production is way down and I thought I had heard this was the case.

Passing to the TE is down because other things are easier imo...not any changes to the sim.

IMO you are too heavy on speed, need to move one piece of eq to agility or 2nd cap it. Blocking & carrying are a bit low. Catching should be close to good enough with the eq. If you're planning to stay with this team next season, put the 5 SP into wherever you think it'll help you win the most playoff games.

Not to mention people are attempting to stop the TE passing frenzy last season.

I thought this was the case, but even when I built specific plays to target his TE - it still shot his production down.

I can understand some plays though, where he's double covered or whatnot, but there were a few out there when he was completely wide open and didn't get noticed at all.

I don't mind it on my own TE, mainly cause he's balanced out.

To answer here though, Agility.

Agility, and a couple in Run Route and Quick Cut SA's. My TE had a down year too after two 1,000 yard receiving years in a row. I think your speed is fine, and maybe even low for your level. Just goes to show opinions differ .
