here's my player, I'm going to cap Agility while I have enough SP, but I am not sure what to do next.
1. I want to train Speed and Vision and but i can't train them together on intense, so what should i train on after I first cap Agility?
2. should I second cap strength or cap Vision after I first cap Agility?

You can train speed/stamina or vis/conf. During that time, you have 3 imperative caps, str 60 blk 60 and agi 48. Arguably, each should go up once more after that even, and vision is necessary too but certainly needs to be trained first

Speed works as you'd think... moving faster! This is really most useful for pulling, but is necessary in combination with agility to "move positions" really fast to get in front of a defender.

Vision is a very important attribute. Vision, in theory, helps you read plays developing. Bort has stated that vision improves your blocking pick-up range. So if you have nobody to block, high vision helps spot somebody farther away for you to go and get. This is if you pull, pancake the defender, have no defender and need to pick up a blitz. etc.

The difference between LG and RG depends on the team. Personally, I think LG should have more strength and RG should have more speed and agility, if your team pulls. The RG often stands like a sitting duck on my team, so I also think extra vision could help when he has nobody to block. The LG seems to always be engaged, so vision wouldn't be as important. Bull rushing isn't as common anymore, so agility is important on each side.

Though, each needs 60 str 60 blk 60 agi, and by the time you get this far, you should talk to your team owner to see what would suit the team best..

I see. I'll now focus on getting str, blk and agi to 60.

you are a bit behind the curve for a level 14 G.
at 16, my G has 70 str, 51 blocking, 45 agility (all natural totals)

I would say str to 60, agility to 48, blocking to 60

Thanks for notice. I found that I'm a bit behind, but I'm still wondering why.
