Warrior General Games

As an owner, what would you do if your goal is to win games? I would assume you'd have to have your players use bad building tactics, as in not slow build. You'd probably have to have them dump points in their most essential attributes immediately, right? And boost pretty early on in the season? I'd also think teams would have to run most of the time, as QBs would not be able to do much (unless you have good WRs). It doesn't sound good for long term growth, but if you wanted to have a competitive team, what would you do?

Yes, running nearly 100% [2 QB's handing off most of the game] and boosting early, everything the game shouldn't force a player to do.

ok, i'm sick of guys like you who are complaining that he doesn't spend time fixing the game, then you ask for a nerf, then a reroll, then you complain about how he doesn't spend time implanting epic suggestions, after that you complain he hasnt been fixing the game.

Because it'd be more about tactics than builds since everyone will be pretty much the same.

If it does happen, I predict an unbelieveable amount of Strong I OT, HB Slam, WR/HB screens and 5-wide WR streak plays.

I said the Leagues are fucked up. I could give a shit if you are happy with them or not. Truth is, little BORTIE's system doesn't work right now, hence the massive promotions/relegations ... which looks to be a seasonal event.

How is rolling out a Level 1 Perma-Cap League anything to solve the greater needs of GLB?

I think it's generally being implemented to stop the slow build which is not what Bort originally intended for Agents to do with their players.

It won't stop slow-building, those players just won't be in the lvl 1 capped leagues.

I think he's just offering another option. Does seems like it would mainly attract rookie agents though.

Anyways yea I like the lvl 1 capped league idea too. It means a coach can just jump right in and hire guys with less hassle. The best part, however, is it's not forced on anyone. You don't have to do it.

I agree horrible idea. You could run 3 plays and dominate the league and all have to do with speed.
