I have a level 12 punter with similar scouting bars and attributes. Right now teams are in the playoffs and are set. Just wait until next season. If they do bring out level 13 capped leagues then our players will be in high demand.

Getting close to the end of season and end of career - may keep him a few days of next season just to see if anyone is interested. If signed will boost!
