How important are they compared to just having really good strength, and what #s seemed to kick them in more consistently?

They are very important IMO. I dont know what you mean what numbers, but stiff arm and power through are pretty good. I havent really tried lower shoulder but brick wall was a lower shoulder build. It seemed to work good but havent heard from him in 2 seasons so maybe he sucks now.

they're vital, tbh. All of them are very good. Cover up is decent for a first SA, lower shoulder/power through are the bread and butter, and some stiff arm is great to have, too. I haven't invested in dive for yardage, as i found it unnecessary. Its one of those SAs that you never know if its worked or not, and I don't like those.
your average power back should strive for 68 strength w/o equip, and at least 5/6 power through.

Thanks for the input guys.
To be clearer about what #s, I'm curios what Break Thru and Lower Shoulder should really be in the higher levels, like mid to upper 30s.

If I were to start over again I would've done things differently, but at level 39 mine are 10 and 6 respectively.

Built him to play. I will be slow building his successor, so he'll be built optimally based on what I've learned through ATO and our other 'Nites HBs.

Lower Shoulder and Power through are the most important SA's for a powerback. For them to be consistent they should be around 7ish.
