If you tell your DT/DE to focus on the Pass, will he better at pass rushing? never quite knew the answer.

I think for a DE on run focus, they tend to not try and rush the corner right away. On pass focus they do.

Then again I could be wrong because I'm only basing it off the couple games I set run focus in on my DE.

From my experience, this question has no answer. I stay on run focus and do fine. I have tried switching to pass or little or no change in performance.

Run Focus will give you a very slight penalty to your attributes on a pass play, so yes I think it would

In theory, pass focus should make you a better pass rusher but in my experiments I havent noticed, nor do I know anyone who has claimed one works better than the other.
