Retire him. Re-create him. Put everything into Kicking until you're at least at the third cap.

Seriously, you must not have gotten a very good roll.

1st, you're only a level 3, there is no freaking way you're going to make 40+ right now, and i doubt even 30+ FG's

if you don't want to retire, just keep pumping into kicking
