well, after passively trying to get this play called more often, i tried to force it more this game against a cpu team........

my question is, do people have issues with this play if the QB is set to bullet? look at this ball get rifled past the WR. happened a few times

yea i wouldn't think bullet would help a WR Screen out too much.

The only time a bullet is used strategically is to hit the hot route to a loose TE/WR. On a designed WR pick/screen, there is no timing...so you'd use a medium touch. Work on your WRs VISION/STICKY HANDS if you insist on throwing artillery rounds at your wideouts.

In this play the Corners bite on a pick, they have to work the change-up so there is time to toss the ball to the key WR. Plus you need more SPEED from that LOT...He's going out there to pancake a weakling. Give the play time to develop, bad VISION CBs are usually out of position anyway and by the time they adjust a XXX-sized lineman is about to fall on them.

thanks. we have had pretty good success in what else we do with bullet passing so it sounds like either i scrap this play or rethink / redo some other things.
