I was lucky enough to "roll" 2 pieces of gear that are +%2 to intercept. Do their bonuses combine to be 4% right now if I wear them both at the same time? If so, when I do upgrades on the equipment, this could get out of hand since each percentage goes up by another 2%...

i believe they would stack, problem is, havin 2 pieces of AEQ is kinda pointless since it takes bonus tokens to upgrade and not levels. so havin 2 and 48 bonus tokens or 1 and 48 bonus tokens is the same thing except you have +2% from the 1 extra piece of equipment, and id take the +3 or +4 in a stat over a +2 intercept chance

No, they do not stack. They're both checked separately though, so it may be worth it to have dual 2% interception pieces.
The result is of course, that dual 2% pieces are less powerful than a single 4% piece would be...
