Why do OLBs insist on covering WRs ?

I assume its the broken engine. Those linebackers are supposed to guard the backs, but as soon as the play starts they automatically know they arent going out for pass plays so they cover the WRs.

They arent covering the WRs. They have neither the vision to react quickly to the developing play nor the agility/speed to change directions quickly.

Those silly drops against the run will stop or at least because much shorter/faster as your skills improve.

KK one LB had 60/60 spd/agl but only 30 vision .. will have to experiment with high vision in OLB position.. cheers.
