I am new to the D-Line position. It looks really fun and interesting. I am hoping that some vets can steer me in the right direction.

DT roll, you want less points in tackling, more points in strength and agility. Also, if making NT you want strength higher. If making pass rushing DT you want agility higher. Wait until you get at least a 22 or 23 in one of those.

He will be fine with that. The roll isn't that important.

He is going to need to get tackling up in any case.

With roll of 22 or 23 in strength or agility, he can hit first cap by level 3. You will need to get tackling up eventually, but I prefer to have it lower to start. You get more benefit from training it when you start and high takling means lower strength/agility to start off.

I'm slow building so... I'm not going to cap anything.

EDIT: Until start of season 8

The point of slowbuilding is to cap things as quickly as possible.
