If you had a HB sitting currently at:

Speed: inbetween 2nd and 3rd cap
Agility: at 2nd cap
Vision: near the soft cap.

You have 30 SP.

Would you spend 15 to 3 cap speed and invest the rest into SA?

OR

Would you put 15 towards agaility, 5 to soft cap vision, and invest the rest into SA?

3 cap Agility
softcap Vision

Takes more than 30 SP, but that's the best route tbqh.

3 cap speed, and rest in agility to get to 3 cap.

Depends on your level, but I would 3rd cap speed, soft cap vision and throw the res into SA's (if not very high)
