That would be something to try on against a gutted team. Hell for that matter they should try it.

Team record or not, Harver is one of the best, if not the best QB in SE Asia Pro. While he's having an offyear, he's still putting up good numbers and has his past performances to back him up as well. I think Manila wins this one tho, Phuket isn't the same this year

All of the other QB's are the best in the game as well. Some of them just had a lot of bad games

i dont think you can say he is the best in SEA PRO, considering we are a running team and he has 5 levels on me(im using Joey Kickatello as an example)...

Once the PLAYOFFS START (which is when a good QB should become Great, the real sign of a great QB)

George Harver drops in almost every stat
11 Playoff games for GH
10 Playoff games for JK

GH. rating drops from a 99.9 regulare season to a 67.3 playoff season
JK. rating increases from a 109.7 regular season to a 121.9 Playoffs

GH. percentage drops from a 63.3 to a 60.5
JK. percentage increases 66.1 to a 75.4

GH. Yards a Game drops from 266 for a 6.9 Y/A to 230.2 for a 5.1 Y/A
JK. Yards a Game increases 131.5 for a 7.8 Y/A to 196 for a 8.2 Y/A

GH. TD's per ATT season 13.93 Playoffs 54.89
JK. TD's per ATT season 12.14 Playoffs 12.63

GH. TD's per Comp. season 8.83 Playoffs 33.22
JK. TD's per Comp. season 8.02 Playoffs 9.53

GH. INT's per ATT season 53.52 Playoffs 32.93
JK. INT's per ATT season 56.58 Playoffs 120.00

GH. INT's per Comp. season 33.90 Playoffs 19.93
JK. INT's per Comp. season 37.55 Playoffs 90.50

PLAYOFF Records

GH. 6 wins 5 losses
JK. 8 wins 2 losses

Now this is only 1 example on how we can really determine who is the best QB and as it seems to me I would rather have my QB get better come playoff time not worse...

NOW..........

In George Harver's defense he has thrown for alot more yardage, has more ATT, more Comp., more TD's, more INT's, but when you do the math it all works out relatively the same, come playoff time he's not as good and to be a GREAT QB you need to become better when it counts most...

This is only one mans opinion and here are the numbers to support it, feel free to tear me up now but PLEASE have the numbers to back it up...

Thanks

In order to accurately compare the two this way, you would also have to factor in the defenses that are being played against. The capability of the defenses definitely factors into how well a QB does.

No offense, but that's waaaayyy more time than i'm willing to put into this. Isn't Harver on his way out after this season anyways? So there's even less point to argue it. But since i've been in SE Asia Pro, Harver has been one of the best if not the best here. He has just about always lead, or been near the top in most categorys, and has played for, in past seasons, one of the top teams in the league. The only thing that kept him from a shot at a ring IMO is Phuket's inability to beat Bangkok in seasons past. The torch is now passing no doubt, but you have to give credit where it's due as well, and not many have performed as well for so long in this league as Harver.

yeah, you cant look at a qb that up until this season has never played against pro-level competition, against one that's been here the entire time. stats do not tell the whole story.

yes that is all true and thats why i just used my player as an example, i didnt know who would be a better candidate, but if you want i will test it on someone else too, as you can see i like playing with numbers. (everyone always said i should have been an accountant)...

edit: I dont mean for this to put him down or anything i just noticed the difference on his regular season compared to his playoffs and that was more of my point, the comparison to JK was only for playoff comparisons as well...

GG guys, was hoping to salvage this season before heading off to USA AAA, back to the old team of Season 1.
