I know that HB's are better but what is the best way in our guys opinion to build one. Strength then speed then agility?

Softcap strength and agility first. Then work on speed. That is if you are slow building

If he's slowbuilding, there is no reason to touch speed first. Did you mean strength?

I have a slowbuild FB that I 3-capped strength and softcapped agility by level 12. But anyway, in turns of my question I was wondering on a more higher level aspect. Like is 70 speed, 60 strength, 60 agility really good o is 50/80/50 better. The runs I play on using the most are the Pro set and strong I runs to the left so I am thinking speed might be more important.
Edit: There is really nothing in this forum discussing the best way to build a rushing FB, so I was wondering about the opinions of you guys as this could help out a lot of people I would think.

I'm putting together a FB that's going heavy agility. The level bonus on agility is .5 per level --- more than a HB gets and equal to a DE. I'm wondering what a FB would look like with an agility score as ridiculously high as some of the DEs we're seeing.
Basically: agility to 67, strength to 60, carrying to 48, train speed as long as I can stand it, and then get it to 60. SAs: Quick Cut, Power Thru, Dive For Yards. Train blocking/vision to mid 30s.
I also have one that's built similar to your level 12 that is strength based. 71 natural strength, 60 natural agility at 22.
To directly answer your question, I'd get agility to 60 before investing in speed.

He seems to get the job done rushing and has 120+ pancakes this season, lol. So I think a good rushing FB can be done
