The way GLB handles promotions and demotions really leaves a lot to be desired.

7/16 Thats better and note that Greek, GLB and Cincinnati are still better than the teams from Alpha that I think should be demoted, GLB beat Washington 41-21 today.

Keep on him. I have another support guy's ear, and if we hit them with how regoranization will be good for GLB (and good for business), as having every game competitive keeps guys interested, they may listen.

Well considering that we are having numerous teams gut, we are in desperate need, but they never listen ..

Our algorithm is simple. If a team finishes in the bottom two of its conference it will get demoted. Or if a team is CPU owned it will get demoted. If your team doesn't finish in the bottom two than there is nothing we can do. We don't take a look at the win/loss or point spread for each game, just if you finished 15th or 16th place.

Please, your algorithm left a team that lost every game by 100 in our league last season, there is still so much garbage in our league .. and its a PRO league .. that we just really need some dedicated help to clean it out this season, Alpha has always been a miserable conference and they need to be rid of at least 6 teams, Zeta is in much better shape, there are 2 CPUs and one team is selling, to make 3. It could probably be more, we could relegate 6 from Zeta and 8 from Alpha and REALLY improve things, but 6A and 3Z would be what I would call "pressing needs". I really dont trust your calculation algorithm after what it did last season, so can you please let us fix our own mess over here? Or at least run the algorithm on the test server, then tell us/me the results and then I can talk to the region and see if they think thats enough, before we run it on the live servers?

I just want to get it done right, Eastern Europe region has a bad reputation of being a crappy region because our Pro league is soft, it has always been soft and unless we take measures that just arent needed in other regions it will always be soft and talent/agents will continue to move out of our region and to the USA region, right now Im about the only thing holding together EE Pro .. help me out here.

That is fairly bullshit. If it was USA they would gladly clean it out I'm sure, but instead we are lowly EE Pro.

Ask him about teams swapping. There are a number of teams in EE Pro that may want to move down a league, and a number of decent teams in AAA that want to move up. We are set to swap with Kazan Golden Horde if allowed, and I think it is a swap that would benefit both teams and both leagues. But if they are not going to allow swaps, then all leagues will suffer.

Randy: What can we do to help?

Do you think a topic of some sort in Suggestions or the GLB main forum could convince them if we got a ton of people from this league to sign it? What about a team owner's petition?

We need to make some noise somehow. There's really a bunch of good teams in AAA now that could make this one hell of a competitive league.

Yeah, EE AAA#1 is very top heavy, it would be good to get some teams that deserved to go up to Pro get up there, especially with all these sold teams coming up in Pro.

What can we do? Do we think that we can rally the whole region to let us take care of our problems ourselves? If so I will start it today .. then we can just continue to keep it at the top until they let us take care of it ourselves. IF they actually pay attention and dont ban me.

im still committed to a trade down and it is lined up as noted above...i started early on this discussion and got the big fat no dice to move downs/trades...

Randy is absolutely correct and Kazan doesnt belong in PRO...our player losses arent sustainable and i dont want a team full of my own players...we need a year or two in AAA to rebuild and play at a more comparable level and a cluster of those AAA teams need to be in Pro...
