Ive been out for a while and didnt know if it was still best to use power settings?

It's fixed but you need good vision for it to work right.

what's "good" vision? Over 50?

Is this only true at high levels? The speed hb on my 28 cap team is 2nd in the league in yards and has turned out strong games vs good competition. does the scaling change that much when you get 35+?

I still have better luck on Power, even though my back (Level 40) is built more elusive.
