yeah i just had to think that one through, didnt seem right at first.

assuming you have TV to 10 by then, you'd have to get your 2 base attributes as high as possible by level 29. 26 points from equipment and roughly 8 points from the automatic points from levelling 29-38, you'd need a total of 146 by level 29.

I'm not completely sure where you're coming up with the whole Level 29 thing. I'd say to just come up with a build plan and stick to it regardless of what level you do what. Know what I'm saying?

takes 45 SP to get 10 in TV along with the minimum prerequisites. 45 SP = 9 levels.

38-9 = 29

you'd have to be done putting SP towards speed and agility by level 29 if you want to have TV up to 10.

Nowhere near that myself...

160 total should be plenty, i don't know a lot of tackles that can stop 70 speed and 90 agility.
