We'd need to know how many SP you have sitting. And also, if you are slowbuilding, don't put points into SAs so early.

How well are you doing?
If you want a comparison, here's my level 6:

He has 18 SP saved for soft capping vision.
If you want advice instead:
Focus on one attribute at a time.
Always train intense.
Don't train an attribute past 30 until every priority is taken care of; don't spend points into an attribute before 25, ever. If you do, you waste stat value.
SAs aren't any good until your guy is good enough for them to matter. Think about it, scrawny, half-blind QB with a pulled muscle in his throwing arm (my depiction of a level 10 or lower) who has a presence on the field, or throws beautiful passes to the degree that they're beautiful passes for him? Worthless.
That same thing on a solid QB who can throw deep and see all WRs and know their routes like clockwork? Amazing results. Just hold off for a good while on the SAs.
