I am not pleased with his results this year. He is a number 4 corner which could translate to low numbers but I have seen him drop many ints. Please give me some advice on how to improve his production

10 points in speed and 3 points in Agility.

Well, if a WR is hitting him at the point of the INT your carrying is low enough that he is making you drop it.

I wouldn't waste any points in carrying. Wouldn't even train it. Get your speed to around 80, agility up to second cap, and jumping to the soft cap. Your SA look to be good for your level. INTs come and go don't worry about them worry about keeping the WR from making the catch, or better yet keep him from even getting thrown at. You need to train confidence, strength, and tackling.
