yeah let's just take our stats into account for our runners. It's clear his is much better, and my advice is meaningless. And his is 100 percent correct.
By your logic I'm infallible if we are in disagreement.
nah, you wouldn't go out and make a thread that knocks agility. Newbs might read that and have 90 speed and 30 agility and wonder why they suck. For a runner, speed and agility go hand in hand. Your only as good as your speed, AND agility combined. Not just one or the other. speed is the most important, I would never argue that. But the second most important attribute is Agility, hands down. It's not over rated in the least bit. over rated for a running back? Vision, catching, confidence. Those are great to have, but not as important as some guys make it out to be. If he made a thread that said Agility is over rated, then made some factual statements to back it up, then I wouldn't have had a problem. But the way he made the thread he is making people doubt agility. If he said vision was over rated and gave factual evidence it would have been fine. But no way, no how, not anytime is agility over rated, or is it a bad idea to keep getting agility. At any level.Nothing wrong with agility, but it should be a compliment to either a speed or strength base. I'd put it more like strength > speed > agility or strength = speed > agility, primarily because I feel the the power tree as a whole is more useful. Powerbacks can get away with lower agility but still benefit immensely by increasing it.
But regarding the original post: can increased stamina result in increased broken tackles? Yes. Would I want to concentrate on it as a means to break tackles? No way, that's all strength, speed, and SA's. They're all ingredients in the pot, but even if you like pepper you don't want a stew where it's the primary ingredient.
I did get a kick out of the stamina/confidence HB though. You could really only draw a conclusion if the agent filled him out more and stuck him in a BBB or A league.
